After we announced that the on-location event had to be cancelled due to Covid-19, we informed those that bought tickets that we would issue full refunds. Some of those ticket-buyers wanted the option leave their ticket intact to support D2. In the end we offered the ticket-buyers the possibility to leave their registrations intact – and added some sweet perks as a show of thanks.
