Joana Maduro
Aneta Gesiorska
Aneta Gesiorska and Joana Maduro are co-founders of Eleven – a London-based Architectural Visualisation practice. Although their paths to finding passion in architecture were quite different they found their common interest in an area that perfectly combines design with technology. Their everyday role is to combine the visions of architects, designers, real estate developers, and marketing specialists in order to portray their designs in the most visually engaging manner. Over the years in the industry, they have learned the importance of good 3D imagery in the design process, through engagement with a wide spectrum of clients. In their presentation, they will share their experience through finding their ways as artists and business owners.

Paul Nicholls is a Creative Director and co-founder of Factory Fifteen, specializing in directing branded content and immersive projects. He holds a Masters in Architecture from UCL with a specialization in filmmaking. His work has been recognized in the industry, including being included in the 2015 Saatchi and Saatchi new directors showcase at Cannes Lions, and winning a Bafta award in 2022 for his Tokyo Olympics titles for the BBC.

Chop is the CTO of Polymachine, a boutique CG studio from Zagreb, Croatia, somewhat known in CG circles as one of the first arch-viz studios to embrace and advocate a fully no-post pipeline. Due to his insistence for things to have a reason and/or make sense, he has miserably failed at any and all kinds of academic achievements. When he was 11 years old he started using 3d Studio R4 and taught himself how to code. Now he has more than 20 years of professional CG experience, leans more towards the technical than the artistic, and loves nothing more that solving complex problems outside his comfort zone.
He’s a polymath that obsessively learns new things. He likes logic, everything that has LEDs and buttons, beer and heavy metal. Chop is a regular speaker at various CG conferences, where he stubbornly insists on speaking about everything except computer graphics.
Norm Li
Norm Li is the founder and principal of Normandthegang.
With over two decades in the Archviz industry, he’s seen it all. He’s gone from freelancing in his mom’s basement to leading a team with offices on 3 continents. Norm has made a lot of mistakes along the way and hopes to spare you the same pain by sharing his experiences with you at D2.
Eric de Broche
Eric de Broche des Combes is an architect DPLG and graphic designer, who was born and grew up in le Corbusier’s Cité Radieuse, in Marseilles, in the 1970’s. He studied under the sun at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Marseille in 1997, after which he continued with a post graduate cycle at the GAMSAU
(Groupe de Recherche pour l’Application des Méthodes
Scientifiques à l’Architecture et à l’Urbanisme). He moves to grey Paris in 1999 and founds his first visualization studio Auralab, followed a few years later by the now internationally known Luxigon.
Famous architectural firms like OMA, MVRDV, RE X, KPF and SOM – to name a few – have all entrusted Luxigon to seduce them with the distinctive, strong visual experience they offer in what could be considered a highly codified and somewhat boring field. Despite this lean towards graphics, he still works as an architect, and his newly founded partnership with Joshua Ramus and Armand Khatri, called Holly13, is now focusing on the controversial subject of architecture in virtual space.
Eric frequently joins other design teams, contributes to publications and gives lectures on the theory, practice and history of image, with the emphasis on being authentic in the current context. As of late this interest in virtual architecture and computer gaming technology, and its possible applications in the realms of art, architecture and urbanism, has yielded a new insight into the profession. It is a passion he actively pursues and has earned him a teaching position at the Harvard Graduate School of Design in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he has been lecturing a class called Immersive Landscape since 2013. He likes punk rock and makes weird electronic music. He will eventually die some day.
Dušan Vukčevič
Dušan is a self-taught 3D artist with over 15 years of experience in CG industry. He specializes in architectural visualisations and animations. He collaborates with the world’s top creative studios and companies from his small studio in a remote part of Slovenia. His passion for design, detail and photorealism has driven him to create numerous personal projects, which brought him many awards and publications. He loves sharing his knowledge through tutorials, workshops and presentations.
Maria Dimitrova
Maria’s passion for 3D sparked during her college years as an architecture student when she found much more excitement in creating 3D visuals and presentation boards than endless architectural plans and sections. She believes that a beautiful rendering is the finishing touch on hundreds of hours of design process. Over the past four years at REDVERTEX, Maria has contributed to a variety of projects, ranging from interiors to masterplans, alongside globally renowned architecture studios. Her eagerness to pursue new opportunities and challenges led her to join the Dubai office in 2022, where her main focus is to help establish the company as a leader in the Gulf region.
Yoanna Yordanova
Yoanna holds a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from The University of Forestry in Sofia, Bulgaria. She is a Senior Illustrator who focuses on the detail and atmosphere in every render she works on. Yoanna is responsible for the magic of Photoshop with the final touch on projects. Having completed several courses in the design field, brand identity, logo design and art, Yoanna continues to grow her experience in the field. Having joined The Lighthouse Academy by REDVERTEX as a teacher, she believes sharing her passion with students allows her to expand her skills even further. Her unstoppable curiosity drives her to look for new inspiration and experiment with different art forms.

Being fun to be around and strongly driven by his passion, he always brings inspirational spirit to the room. Now let’s hear firsthand about the beginning of REDVERTEX. Here’s a sneak peek – it all started with two committed artists in a garage.
Dimitar is Executive Director / Partner at REDVERTEX. He holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria. With over 25 years of experience in the CG industry, he has realized, pre-sold and virtually constructed numerous prestigious and high-profile developments for worldwide known architecture studios such as ATKINS, EMAAR, CallisonRTKL, Santiago Calatrava, Foster + Partners and others.
Domenico D'Alisa
Domenico D’Alisa is an Italian Freelance 3D Artist.
Has worked as a Character 3D Artist and 3D modeler for Games, Animations, Fashion and Archviz.
Before his freelance career, he started as a 3D modeler for product visualization, afterwards he focused on characters and texturing.
He is the creator of the famous astronaut model that has made rounds within the digital design community being downloaded thousands of times by countless designers.
Claudio Meireles
Cláudio is the Head of Communities, influencer and affiliate marketing at Chaos group. He is leading several initiatives with Archviz and VFX communities in several key markets with Chaos supporting artists to Create their own world.
He has 15 years experience helping to create and nurture communities across several industries, he has also been the executive producer of the Amazon Prime series Gown and Out in Beverly Hills.

Since joining a few years ago, Gino and Lautaro have mastered the art of blaming software crashes for their poor time management and crediting other artists’ work to their superior Art Direction skills (“Just make it look good”). In thick South American accents, they will talk about how they have aimed to continue the 25-year legacy of diverse and creative work, how it is sustained, and the challenges of making every project unique after pointlessly saying “In theory, this one should be straightforward…”
Dagmara Kowalik
Dagmara Kowalik is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Digital Bunch – a digital marketing agency specializing in 3D production and software. She started in 2019 and has since built a team of creatives, designers, programmers, and digital project managers who are passionate about delivering top-quality products and services to clients from all over the globe. Previously, she’s been involved both in software development projects and AR/VR production for both smaller businesses as well as large agencies and corporations. Dagmara is always on the lookout for new trends and consumer behavior patterns that change the way people live, make decisions, and what influences them to help design more intuitive products, drive more engagement and optimize performance using data analytics.
Kasia Świerczewska
Kasia Świerczewska is the Head of Production at The Digital Bunch.
Before joining the company at its very beginning, she graduated from Cultural Studies in Warsaw and worked in advertising agencies, with a focus on architecture and design. She currently leads a team of 20 CGI artists, supervising production for various projects, from architecture visualizations to product imagery and animations.
In The Digital Bunch, we believe in working smart, picking the tools best suited for the job, and bringing in new solutions whenever they fit. We are a multi-talented team. We know how to design and optimize production processes to create beautiful, consistent, and functional digital products.
Eugene Riecansky
Having spent 30 years creating powerful, unique, and thought-provoking films, visuals & 3D animation for the likes of The Prodigy, Vivienne Westwood, Oasis, Madonna, HIM, and everyone else in between, Eugene realized his life’s goal by joining Pixar Animation Studios. His inspiring talk provides insight into his journey and creative mindset, his tricks and secrets plus a whole bunch of rendering with Pixar’s RenderMan.
Ander Alencar
Ander Alencar started his career in 1996 after taking an architectural drawing course. At just 15 years old he was hired by an office to be a draftsman.
It was the strong desire to draw that attracted him to the architecture field and it was in college that he became interested in animation and archviz. In 2004, he worked on the international animated feature film “Asterix and the Vikings”.
He founded the studio, OFICINA3D, serving clients in Brazil and worldwide.
Feeling the need to share his experience, Ander Alencar started his youtube channel in 2019, where he shares tutorials and experiences about the Archviz market. Also in 2019, he founded the OF3D Academy, where he teaches and mentors professional courses in the field.
Vamsi Krishna Vemuri
Creative Technologist & Co-Founder, Futurly
Vamsi Krishna Vemuri is a Frankfurt-based Architectural Designer and Creative Technologist. He co-founded Futurly – The Global Platform for Architecture & Design Education, which has grown to reach over 4500 learners from 50+ countries.
Vamsi Krishna Vemuri’s expertise and passion revolve around the intersection of Metaverse, World Building, Speculative Architecture, Immersive Media (XR), and Real-Time Visualization, constantly seeking new ways to innovate and create cutting-edge design projects.
Through his work and collaborative research, he has developed various speculative and experiential design projects that have been exhibited on various platforms and design conventions across the US, UK, Europe, India, and Japan.
Arek Keshishian
Arek is a practicing architect with extensive expertise in BIM management and Computational Design. His portfolio of architectural designs specializes in intricate, data-driven geometries and digital craftsmanship. His passion for digital technologies led him to pioneer algorithm-driven projects in Armenia.
With over a decade of experience in building information modeling (BIM), Arek holds the position of Design Technology Manager for multiple large-scale international projects in Armenia, namely the MVRDV’s upcoming EU Tumo Convergence Center at Tumo, where he is responsible for managing BIM implementation and ensuring efficient and effective design coordination.
As an entrepreneur, Arek is also the Co-Founder of Futurly, the global education platform that provides access to world-class architecture and design education for architects and designers worldwide. The platform aims to democratize education in these fields and make it accessible to all aspiring designers and architects.

Tanja Nikolić-Vogel
Tanja Nikolić-Vogel was born and raised in Hamburg in the north of Germany. Her digital life changed with her studies. Why? Actually she got her first computer with the age of 19. Hanging out with friends was just way more interesting than this nerdy stuff behind a monitor. And until now there is a huge antipathy between her and social networks… So fortunately there is Patrick – happy to fight in the front of our office and taking care of all the nerdy sh**. Good cop – bad cop. Thanks to her Interior Designer career – handling design, construction companies, building sites and a lot of excel charts juggling time and money – the bad cop seems like a suiting character. So this is her job beside doing 3D and all this boring, fancy & weird things they do.
Patrick Vogel
Patrick is an artist, architect, super creative director and founder of ALT/ Shift, his boutique studio for visual design. As creative forward thinker, he is the lead artist of Porsche’s first virtual collectible. Being one of the top 3D designers in Germany, he is not only a passionate archviz artist, motion designer and NFT creator, but the creative mastermind behind tons of famous dope projects. His other big passion is skateboards and craft beer, he has his own craft beer brewery, where he produces for family and close friends. Patrick is based in Hamburg Germany, where he lives with his wife Tanja who is co-founder of ALT/ Shift.
Andrea Pedrotti
Andrea is the Art Director of Animations at Brick Visuals. In 2019 he completed his architecture studies at Politecnico of Milan. He gained experience working as a freelance video commission artist, architect, and assistant professor at his alma mater. In 2020, he joined Brick as a Junior 3D artist, and in just two years, he advanced to the position of Art Director. Not only does he inspire and guide his colleagues, but he also imparts his expertise to aspiring animators enrolled in Brick Academy’s “Animation in Archviz” course.
Márton Zoltán Tóth
Márton is the Chief Creative Officer at Brick Visual.
At Brick, Márton holds the instrumental position of Chief Creative Officer, a role he has fulfilled for a decade. As the visionary behind Brick’s style, he guides the creative process and oversees the work of 9 production teams spanning 3 countries. In the upcoming D2 workshop, he’ll explore the realms of creative direction and concept development, shedding light on his profound expertise.
Dániel Régi
Dániel is a Creative Director and the Research and Development Director at Brick Visual.
With 9 years of dedicated contributions to Brick projects, Dániel holds a pivotal role as one of the Creative Directors, leading both a movie and a still image team. Taking charge of Research and Development, he spearheads experimental projects. During the D2 workshop, he will talk about his art direction and project management responsibilities regarding a special Brick project. Additionally, he will address creating animatics, fostering creative brainstorming, and upholding concept consistency.
Péter Horváth
Péter is a Lead 3D Artist at Brick Visual.
With an extensive track record spanning over 10 years at Brick, Péter Horváth holds the positions of Lead Artist and Integration Manager. In his role as Lead Artist, he conducts quality control and consistently upholds the standard of excellence across Brick’s projects. His project management duties involve guiding team members, evaluating progress, and offering insightful feedback. During the D2 workshop, he will elaborate on his contribution to a special project where he took on the roles of post-production and editing.
